Job Title: Residential Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Team Leader to join our team at a reputable Children's Residential Provider. As a Residential Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and supporting residential care staff, creating a safe and supportive environment for young residents, and managing care plans, activities, and daily routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support residential care staff to ensure the highest standards of care and support are provided to young residents.
  • Create a safe and supportive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of young residents.
  • Manage care plans, activities, and daily routines to ensure the needs of young residents are met.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 in Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care (or equivalent).
  • Essential: 1+ years' experience in a residential care setting.
  • Car Driver Required.
Benefits:
  • Salary: £30,300 - £32,000 per annum.
  • Sleep-in: £65 per sleep, approx. £3,120/year.
  • Contract: Full-Time (39 hours/week) or Part-Time options.
