Job Opportunity

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our senior management team as Head of Operations.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-site venues team, overseeing the management of leisure centers, swimming pools, and the front-of-house operations of a theater.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about public services and has a strong track record of delivering ambitious plans within a competitive commercial environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to our customers
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Managing budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
