Job Title: Housekeeping Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at ABM. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional cleaning and sanitizing services to all areas of the facility, including lifts, floors, and restrooms.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
  • Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed to ensure optimum service to clients.
  • Perform additional duties as needed, within reason.
  • Comply with monthly training sessions delivered by the supervisor/line manager as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative to identify and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Approachable and courteous manner.
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • An understanding of the need for confidentiality and discretion in a corporate setting.
