Talent Rockit Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join its Manufacturing Engineering Support team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production-related equipment, including fault diagnosis and repair, continuous improvement projects, and design review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain all production-related equipment, including fault diagnosis and repair.
- Lead and support shift engineering teams to deliver high-quality engineering support.
- Work with management teams to develop and implement maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with OEM suppliers and remote diagnostic support teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements:
- Recognized industrial electrical qualification (17th/18th Edition).
- Qualified in electrical engineering.
- Experience working as a shift electrician or dedicated electrical engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the print, packaging, or associated industries is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivation, ability to apply initiative, and determination.
