CNC Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our client in the Chard area, a well-respected engineering manufacturer.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate and set up CNC Turning/Milling machines to produce high-quality parts.
- Work with engineering drawings and adhere to drawing tolerances.
- Conduct scheduled quality checks to ensure the highest possible quality.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC turning/milling.
- Proficiency in programming FANUC & Mazatrol control systems.
- Ability to work independently and perform first-off inspections.
- Strong skills retention and ability to learn new tasks quickly.
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
- Knowledge of machine exotics such as Hastelloy, Inconel, and Super Duplex is preferred, but training will be provided.

- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate.
25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and various shifts available, including 4 or 5 days a week (39 hours).
