Job Summary

We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Team Member to join our restaurant crew. As a Team Member, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience
  • Prepare and serve food to our high standards, using fresh ingredients and following proper food safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Perform other duties as required, such as taking orders, operating a cash register, and handling customer complaints

Requirements

  • You must be able to stand and move for most of your shift, with occasional lifting of up to 25kg
  • You must be able to handle weather-related moments, such as rain at the drive-thru or taking out the rubbish
  • You must be able to wear a headset and use other restaurant equipment, such as an order-taking system or grill
  • You must be able to follow brand standards and guidelines
