Job Title: Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our surveying team, you will be responsible for providing a full building surveying service to a range of clients across different sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and advise other members of the surveying team
  • Provide professional building surveying duties including building inspections, acquisition surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, maintenance and refurbishment projects, schedules of condition, party wall awards
  • Work on a variety of projects valued up to £1 million in a range of properties including commercial, residential and agricultural
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new clients nationally and locally
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date awareness of all necessary legislation
Requirements:
  • Member of RICS and RICS qualified
  • Proven track record providing advice on a range of building related matters
  • Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders both verbally and written
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
