About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Disputes Lawyer to join our global law firm as a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant experience and be based in Glasgow or Edinburgh with hybrid working.

The Construction, Advisory and Disputes Team in Scotland is a hub for many of our most important relationships and hosts some of our largest domestic and international disputes. We are consistently ranked number 1 globally for construction, energy and infrastructure and are recognized nationally and internationally as the leading adviser to the construction and engineering industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for high-quality engineering and construction work, including live project advisory work and formal disputes involving adjudication, arbitration, litigation, mediation and other forms of ADR. You will also have opportunities to develop rewarding and sustainable client relationships and work on the very best national and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:
