Job Title: Trainee Lettings Consultant

Location: South West London

Brand: Stirling Ackroyd

Salary: OTE: up to £30,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday - Thursday; 8:45am - 6.00pm, Friday; 8:45am - 5pm, Saturday; 10:00am - 4:00pm (on rota basis). When required to work a Saturday you will be awarded half a day in lieu.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Lettings Consultant. As a Trainee Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, registering new applicants, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and register new applicants
  • Book and carry out property viewings
  • Negotiate and agree tenancies
  • Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Achieve personal and branch sales targets
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally

Requirements:

  • Experience within sales and customer service
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
  • Be responsive to change
  • A full UK driving license
