About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pet Claims Assessor to join our team at Vermelorpo. As a Pet Claims Assessor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth processing of pet insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and settle pet insurance claims with precision and attention to detail.
  • Make proactive outbound calls to customers to gather information and provide updates on claim status.
  • Collaborate with pet owners and veterinarians to gather necessary information and make informed decisions.
  • Identify and address any anomalies or potential fraud, working closely with the team to ensure compliance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of efficiency in the claims process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in pet medical assessment or veterinary nursing.
  • Background in claims handling, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
