About the Role- Oversee and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
- Implement and enhance inventory control systems and procedures
- Develop, lead, and motivate a high-performing logistics team
- Identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Prepare and present inventory reports and metrics
- Develop and implement strategies for warehouse efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures within a logistics environment
- Proven experience in FMCG/Ecommerce or Food warehousing may be advantageous
- Advanced experience with WMS/ERP systems is advantageous
- Experience of managing customer relationships within a 3pl are advantageous
- Must be able to regularly commute to Derbyshire
- An attractive salary ranging from £55,500 to £60,000 per year
