Position: Swim Teacher
Type of Employment: Part Time - Permanent
Working Hours:
- We anticipate the Learn to Swim Programme will commence shortly.
Available hours include:
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 15:30 - 18:30
- Saturday: 09:00 - 12:00
These hours are preliminary, with potential for expansion as the programme develops.
Role Overview:
The Perse Sports Centre is seeking a qualified Swim Teacher to enhance our team. The successful candidate will uphold the highest standards in teaching students of various ages and skill levels, ensuring that lessons align with the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a positive role model, fostering an enjoyable atmosphere that motivates children to engage in swimming.
- Assess participants' abilities and encourage them to achieve their maximum potential through regular evaluations and progress tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and development.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess relevant certifications, experience in a comparable role, and a solid understanding of swimming techniques.
