Job Title: Mobile Caretaker

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a reliable and skilled Mobile Caretaker to join our team. As a Mobile Caretaker, you will be responsible for the general upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of residential and commercial properties across North East London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of properties, including cleaning using a variety of machines.
  • Ensure communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and gardens are clean and well-maintained.
  • Report any significant maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
  • Carry out basic cleaning tasks when required.
  • Maintain a log of all tasks completed and any issues that arise.
  • Drive the company van to various locations and ensure it is kept in good condition.
  • Liaise with residents, property managers, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a caretaker, maintenance, mobile cleaner or similar role is preferred.
  • A valid UK driving license is required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle the physical demands of the job.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
