Your Responsibilities:
- Foster strong partnerships with both external clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes through effective storytelling and influence.
- Motivate and guide both direct and indirect teams in our mission to establish industry-leading practices and results.
- Extensive experience in category management within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
- Proven track record in managing senior-level stakeholders, both internally and externally (minimum Senior Buyer level).
- Experience in out-of-home (OOH) channels such as Convenience, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Wholesale, and Foodservice, along with familiarity with major grocery accounts.
- Direct management experience with team leadership responsibilities.
- Balance immediate, mid-term, and long-term category development needs, ensuring that long-term strategies are prioritized alongside short-term goals.
- Analyze and interpret data sets to uncover insights and implications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail, instilling these qualities within your team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Solid experience utilizing Nielsen/IRI and Kantar data platforms, maximizing value from strategic partnerships.
