Your Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong partnerships with both external clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional outcomes through effective storytelling and influence.

  • Proven track record in managing senior-level stakeholders, both internally and externally (minimum Senior Buyer level).
  • Experience in out-of-home (OOH) channels such as Convenience, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), Wholesale, and Foodservice, along with familiarity with major grocery accounts.
  • Direct management experience with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Balance immediate, mid-term, and long-term category development needs, ensuring that long-term strategies are prioritized alongside short-term goals.
  • Analyze and interpret data sets to uncover insights and implications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail, instilling these qualities within your team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Solid experience utilizing Nielsen/IRI and Kantar data platforms, maximizing value from strategic partnerships.
