About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Access Specialist to join our UK & Ireland Dermatology team in a field-based position covering South London & South East England.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a single point of contact for healthcare professionals, leveraging deep knowledge of UCB solutions to connect the right resources at the right time.
  • Tailor omni-channel tools to impact healthcare professionals based on individual preferences.
  • Develop and execute an impactful tactical plan within the territory of responsibility.
  • Provide efficient support to independent healthcare professionals, helping them to provide optimal care.
  • Coordinate stakeholder management in a community-based environment through two-way interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Establish strong business relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
  • MATCHING OF UCB THERAPEUTIC OPTIONS VIA A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF TARGETED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS' PATIENT POPULATION BY DEPLOYING A TAILORED APPROACH (COMMUNICATION AND TOOLS) AND SOLUTIONS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous pharmaceutical or healthcare management experience, e.g. ABPI examination.
  • A successful track record in key account/project management and influencing key healthcare customers.
  • Experience and knowledge of relevant disease areas, i.e. Dermatology, Immunology, etc.
  • Demonstratable national and sub-national NHS knowledge, plus in-depth disease, market, and competitive intelligence expertise.
