Job Summary:
The Royal British Legion Trading Ltd is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Recovery Services Team as Recovery Support Officers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering Recovery Programmes and activities that support the recovery of beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside expert coaches to deliver Recovery Programmes and activities, including adaptive sport, inclusive adventure activities, recovery through arts, and the Invictus Games experience.
- Maximise the recovery benefits of each programme and endorse early intervention and sustained long-term recovery.
- Support the development and implementation of Recovery Service Programmes, including the introduction of new programmes and activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality Recovery Programmes and activities.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to support the delivery of Recovery Services.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting the recovery of beneficiaries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with beneficiaries, coaches, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
- Knowledge of Recovery Services and the benefits of adaptive sport, inclusive adventure activities, and recovery through arts.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
