About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Rowcroft Medical Centre. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the clinical pharmacy team in providing medication management services to patients.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient medication use.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of medication management policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and training to patients and healthcare professionals on medication use and management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements

  • Professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • BTEC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Experience of working as a pharmacy technician or apprentice technician in primary care, community, or hospital pharmacy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
