Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance and expand our product ranges.
- Work with suppliers to improve training and product knowledge, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Identify new products for inclusion in our range, developing business cases and building relationships with suppliers.
- Develop launch documentation for new product ranges.
- Support field sales teams with training and product growth, requiring flexibility and travel.
Requirements:
- Engineering qualification or equivalent experience.
- Previous commercial experience, preferably in direct sales.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and interest in engineering.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch.
- Hybrid working available after full product training, with a balance between operational needs and collaborative working.
