Private Client Solicitor

ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to enhance our vibrant Private Client division. This position will encompass a variety of responsibilities related to private client services, including:
  • Strategic Estate and Care Fees Planning
  • Drafting Wills and Will Documentation
  • Establishing Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Navigating Court of Protection matters
  • Managing Trusts and Trust Administration
  • Overseeing Probate and Estate Administration
  • Conducting Inheritance Tax Planning and Investment Strategies
  • Engaging with Charitable Organizations
Expertise in these areas is crucial. Candidates with familiarity in STEP will be favored. Our firm is committed to fostering professional growth and supporting the pursuit of STEP qualifications.

Ideal candidates will possess comprehensive knowledge in private client matters, particularly in wills, trusts, estates, and tax implications. They should demonstrate the ability to independently manage a diverse caseload with minimal oversight. The role demands excellent prioritization skills, proactive initiative, adherence to deadlines, outstanding client communication, a polished professional appearance, and technical proficiency. Secretarial assistance will be available.
