Job Title: Research Assistant in Nature Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Assistant to join our team in Nature Finance. The successful candidate will contribute to our sustainable finance research on nature and biodiversity, agriculture, and land use sectors.

About the Role

The Research Assistant will work under the supervision of the Executive Director of Nature Finance and will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research on nature finance and investment, including the development of bankable and investable markets in nature;
  • Assisting in the development of research publications and reports;
  • Presenting data at conferences and representing the research group at meetings;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to identify and address research gaps and opportunities;
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nature finance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A first degree in Finance, economics, environmental science, biology, ecology, data science, geography, or sustainability;
  • Relevant experience in research and analysis;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
