Job Title: Construction Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide essential support to our construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the construction team, including answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and managing work orders.
  • Record and track customer complaints, and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
  • Update the maintenance team and arrange diaries for engineers, joiners, electricians, and plumbers.
  • Order materials from suppliers, track deliveries, and ensure they are delivered to the correct site location.
