Job Title: Senior UOC Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior UOC Engineering Manager to join our team at Findernest Software Services Pvt Ltd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the operational and technical dimensions of our Unified Operations Center, ensuring optimal production workflows and effective integration of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee medium to large scale unified operations initiatives as a functional expert.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, establish performance metrics, and create use cases and functional specifications.
  • Convert functional specifications into technical directives and facilitate technical discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Supervise the UOC team to guarantee smooth operational activities.
  • Implement and enhance iMOMS for greater operational productivity.
  • Establish performance metrics and provide use case scenarios for various sectors in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experience with data historians, development platforms, integration techniques, and data sources.
  • Direct data integration strategies across diverse applications.
Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech. or M.Tech. in Chemical or Process Engineering.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Oil and Gas systems.
  • Proven track record in UOC project execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and technical tools.
  • Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
