Senior Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new mechanical designs using 3D CAD software, ensuring compliance with BS8888 standards.
  • Design and optimize fabricated structural components for various applications, providing supporting calculations and Finite Element Analysis reports as required.
  • Manage projects from conception to completion, monitoring progress to meet agreed deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Effectively communicate engineering output to stakeholders through design reviews and presentations, ensuring seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Provide technical support throughout product development, assembly, and testing, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product manufacturing documentation, including CAD files, drawings, and bill of materials.
