Job Overview

**Summary:**

eTeam is seeking a skilled Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing second/third line support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install and upgrade network devices, desktops, peripherals, and VCT builds
  • Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and problems
  • Provide second/third line support for installed networks, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Maintain configuration management information and update processes and training materials as required
  • Collaborate with other teams across the organization

**Requirements:**

  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of network infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
