The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our London team, working closely with the Head of Corporate and Head of Venture Capital. As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

  • A broad mix of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity, and venture capital, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures
  • General corporate advisory work, including advising clients on a range of corporate issues and transactions

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate transactions, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate finance
  • Private equity and venture capital
  • Fundraising
  • Shareholder agreements and joint ventures

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to have:

  • Qualified as a Corporate Lawyer with between 4-6 years' post-qualification experience
  • Strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, with experience in venture capital funds and investment rounds desirable
  • A genuine interest in participating in marketing and business development activities
  • A desire to mentor and coach junior team members
