PSR Solutions is working with a well-established subcontractor, specializing in the groundworks of government-led framework developments, such as water treatment facilities. They are seeking a Working Foreman to join their project team.
The ideal candidate will have a 360 Operator Ticket and management experience, as they will be a senior figure on site. Throughout the contract duration, they will report to a Project Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the project's life cycle is completed efficiently and to the best possible standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc.
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- 360 Operator Ticket
- CSCS
- 1st AID
- Excellent people skills
- Strong communication skills
