People Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced People Manager to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and forward-thinking business, employing around 100-140 people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment processes. This role can be offered on a part-time basis, with a minimum of 30 hours per week, and will involve hybrid working, with at least one day per week working from home.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR professional who enjoys all aspects of people management and is happy to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the manufacturing sector or a strong interest in this area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR operations, including recruitment processes
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
