Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Warehouse Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, as well as performing stock checks and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receiving and storing goods in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines
  • Building cases on pallets and ensuring accurate labeling
  • Notifying discrepancies to the Supervisor/Team Leader
  • Placing picked goods in relevant marshalling lanes/ship docks
  • Performing systematic stock checks as directed
  • Assisting with warehouse duties, including goods in, picking, marshalling, and dispatch/loading

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on own initiative
