Role Summary:

The Club Operations Assistant will perform a variety of tasks essential for the efficient operation of the Club. Each day will present unique challenges, requiring a flexible and adaptable approach.

About the Club:

Sundridge Park is a vibrant racket sports facility located in Bromley, boasting over 1000 members and a lively, social environment. Our core values guide our operations:

Working Hours:

This position requires a commitment of 16-20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the Club, including evenings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing various administrative tasks utilizing our Club management system.
  • Addressing all inquiries related to the Club.
  • Conducting tours for prospective members.
  • Overseeing the membership process from initial contact through to membership activation and beyond.
  • Facilitating member communications, including newsletters and updates.
  • Resolving member inquiries and concerns.
  • Creating promotional materials for Club events and activities.
  • Enhancing and maintaining the Club's website and social media presence.
  • Participating in Club events.
  • Actively promoting the Club and its offerings.
  • Providing bar service as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and computer skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop marketing materials.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor, comfortable in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest in or knowledge of racket sports.
  • Experience in a leisure or hospitality setting.

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
