This is a development role in the support of Practice Education Facilitators and Practice Development Teams to positively impact and improve the quality of the learning environment. The post holder will be based at Southpoint, St Richards Hospital, but with a requirement to cover all Trust areas at times in conjunction with other Clinical Educators.
Main Duties of the JobManaged by the Practice Education Facilitator, the post holder will need to work with minimal supervision in contributing to the support of pre-registration learners in practice for all professions and supporting managers and Practice Supervisors/Assessors in enhancing the learning experience of all pre-registration students in the clinical environment. Support will include identifying learning opportunities, promoting inter-professional working and learning, and assisting with and supporting assessment of learners in practice.
To support Practice Supervisors/Assessors in their role, the post holder will be expected to work 80% of their time in clinical practice-based working alongside students and other learners on one Trust site, however will need to be flexible and on occasion work across all Trust sites and be flexible in times worked.

- Degree of Equivalent level study
- Mentorship Module or ENB 998 Practice supervisor and Assessor Course
