Job Overview

Burberry Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Partner with the Store Manager to drive category performance, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and develop sales associates to improve their selling skills, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Manage customer flow, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the store's business objectives.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle complex customer service issues.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales, preferably in a luxury brand environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
