Relief Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relief Chef to join our team at Elior UK. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting our kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing catering team to deliver a world-class food service experience.
- Maintain and control food stocks within budget, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Ensure ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to drive operational excellence.
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
- Proven leadership ability and experience in senior chef management.
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence and a strong team player with high confidence and positivity.
- Catering experience with chef skills, with contract catering experience desirable.
- Good communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
