Painter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Spinwell. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and applying finishes to domestic and industrial surfaces, including timber, plasterboard, cladding, and steelwork.

• Preparation and application of finishes to various surfaces
• Correct storage, transport, and use of chemicals
• Providing technical advice on appropriate finishes and treatments
• Undertaking general painting, including preparation and installation of roofing membranes
• Control and completion of work orders
• Maintenance and review of stock levels
• Carrying out non-trade tasks as identified by the supervisor
• Performing management appointments relevant to the post

Requirements:

• Experience in painting and decorating
• Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Good communication and teamwork skills
