Nursery Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Team Leader to join our team at Completely Care Ltd. As a key member of our nursery team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our nursery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Qualified to Level 3 or above in Childcare and Education
  • Experience of working in a nursery or childcare setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
