Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payrolls for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll process, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax and employment laws, and implementing and optimizing payroll software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee the calculation and processing of statutory deductions, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and other payroll-related adjustments.
  • Ensure payroll operations comply with all legal requirements, and manage payroll audits and ensure all payroll records are accurately maintained and securely stored.
  • Assist in the preparation of payroll budgets and forecasts, providing accurate data and analysis to support financial planning.
  • Monitor payroll costs and analyze variances, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Lead and mentor the payroll team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Sage, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
