Culinary Specialist

Trust Housing Association Limited is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Greenock. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for menu planning, ordering, and preparing ingredients to deliver high-quality meals to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
- Source and procure ingredients from reputable suppliers
- Work collaboratively with the catering assistant to ensure efficient food preparation and service
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential setting
- Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of nutrition and food safety
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work part-time hours, 20 hours per week
