Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team at Hamilton Mayday. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of banquets, high-volume catering, and fine dining functions in the Oxfordshire area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of events, including banquets, weddings, and corporate functions
  • Manage front of house operations, including staff supervision and training
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to enhance the customer experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of £34,292, depending on experience
  • A flexible 40-hour working week, working 5 days out of 7
  • 38 days of holiday time
