Your Role at Prestige

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our Bristol branch. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will work under the direction of the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and Branch Manager to implement systems that ensure our domiciliary care service meets and exceeds legislative standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct domiciliary care risk and manual handling assessments on new clients/service users prior to providing a domiciliary care service.
  • Maintain an effective quality assurance management system in consultation with the Field Care Manager or Care Planner and Branch Manager.
  • Meet with domiciliary care workers for direct supervision at least quarterly and keep written records of each meeting.
  • Assist with the delivery of a care assistants' development and training program to ensure members can meet the changing needs of clients and service users.
  • Participate in an on-call roster to provide and coordinate cover for unplanned absences.

Requirements

  • Experience of supervising others in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent assessment skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrates behaviors associated with Prestige Nursing & Care's values.
