About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Manager to join our Property and Compliance Works team at Hammersmith & Fulham Council. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the golden thread of information and external consultants to provide Building Safety expertise across our portfolio of 17,000 properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the golden thread of information and external consultants to ensure Building Safety expertise across our portfolio.
- Engage with key stakeholders to maintain the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
- Relevant technical professional qualification (e.g. IFE, IFSM, CABE, RICS, CIOB).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar post, ideally in housing/local authority.
- Knowledge and experience of working with Building Safety regulations and standards.
