We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent to enhance our dynamic Property Division. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional cost management and consultancy services to a diverse clientele.

As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your extensive experience in the property sector to oversee both pre and post-contract services. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the provision of cost management and quantity surveying services, ensuring adherence to the highest ethical and technical standards.
  • Foster strong client relationships and drive business development initiatives to secure repeat business and explore new opportunities.
  • Manage project accounts effectively, ensuring timely and accurate reporting on all financial aspects.
  • Provide strategic oversight on project risks and deliverables, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Prepare and review comprehensive client reports, offering insights and recommendations based on commercial evaluations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a relevant construction qualification and actively pursue professional membership with a recognized institution.
