This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company in Wandsworth, carrying out refurbishment work to residential properties. As a skilled Multi Trader, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects, including fitting new floors, bathrooms, and kitchens, as well as minor painting, decorating, and plastering work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel between properties in Wandsworth to complete refurbishment work
  • Work independently and effectively communicate with customers
  • Work from a list of properties requiring work, with varying sizes and complexity
  • Provide your own tools for the job
  • Be paid for 40 hours per week on a weekly basis

Requirements

  • Must have a van for this role
  • Be an experienced Multi Trader with skills in carpentry, painting, and plastering
  • Not require a CSCS card for this position
  • Provide an up-to-date reference
