Job Purpose:
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant/Driver to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm welcomes, informed conversations, and personalized proposals to customers.
- Using our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Supporting our monthly customer contact plan and merchandising initiatives.
- Loading the van and planning delivery routes.
- Developing your skills and encouraging colleagues to do so using our training tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail role.
- Valid driving license.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Calm under pressure.
