About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Remedy Education. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs and challenging behaviours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students to improve their behaviour and emotional well-being
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Use positive behaviour management techniques to promote student engagement and motivation
  • Support students to develop social and emotional skills, including self-awareness, self-regulation, and relationships
  • Collaborate with the school's pastoral team to provide a comprehensive support package for students
