We are seeking a dedicated Membership Manager to enhance our team at 67 Pall Mall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project, establish, and execute the membership budget, encompassing new acquisitions, retention efforts, and adjustments across all categories on a daily, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with the Clubs teams to formulate and achieve sales and retention objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives across the Club to create a compelling and cohesive member experience strategy.
  • Assist in refining membership categories to ensure they remain relevant, appealing, and commercially viable for current and prospective members.
  • Develop standard operating procedures to guarantee consistent and accurate management of all membership administrative tasks and fee collection.
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the Head of Membership.
  • Address member inquiries and concerns regarding club membership, ensuring exceptional standards of member administration and customer service are upheld.
  • Be accountable for meeting individual membership targets, which include administrative responsibilities.
  • Facilitate and manage membership committees and focus groups.
  • Proactively create a sales and outreach strategy to attract new members.
  • Serve as a liaison between reservations, front-of-house, and Membership, acting as the representative for guest relations concerning membership.

  • Prior experience in membership sales within a private members' club.
  • Experience in sales roles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to meet deadlines.
  • Robust commercial and financial insight.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
