Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Provide individualized support to students, especially those with special needs, through one-on-one and small group sessions.
  • Guide and mentor students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, helping them achieve academic success and personal growth.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant is desirable.
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable.
  • Passion for supporting students, particularly those with special educational needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • An understanding of UK school systems and curriculum.
