Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee fleet operations to ensure adherence to Goods Vehicle Operator Licence standards.
- Enhance operational efficiency by optimizing fleet usage and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
- Monitor and manage vehicle maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prolong vehicle lifespan.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to support seamless fleet operations.
- Ensure that drivers are well-versed in safety protocols and company policies.
- Enforce Health & Safety legislation across all transportation activities.
- Manage driver recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Possess a National Certificate of Professional Competence in Road Transport Management.
