We are seeking a skilled Actuarial Pricing Analyst to join our team at HFG Insurance Recruitment. This role involves supporting the Lead Actuary with actuarial pricing activities, working closely with underwriting teams, and contributing to various group functions related to pricing, business planning, and actuarial tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide actuarial pricing support and peer review for underwriters, ensuring accurate and reliable pricing models.
  • Develop and refine exposure and experience rating models to evaluate risk and profitability, driving business growth and optimization.
  • Analyse market data to adjust and benchmark pricing models, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with risk teams to integrate catastrophe risks into pricing methodologies, ensuring comprehensive risk management.
  • Conduct segmentation analysis to identify performance trends and assist with underwriting decisions, driving business performance and growth.
  • Assist with actuarial reviews of the business plan, providing expert insights and recommendations.
  • Contribute to key pricing and risk parameterization projects as assigned, leveraging actuarial expertise to drive business success.
  • Offer insights and support to the actuarial team on pricing and risk activities, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant business lines, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
