We are pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for a Corporate Legal Advisor to join a prestigious law firm. This position is well-suited for qualified legal professionals with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a variety of corporate transactions and provide company law counsel.
  • Assist senior attorneys with intricate transactional matters.
  • Draft and negotiate a range of corporate and transactional documents.
  • Offer strategic advice on mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, joint ventures, and compliance issues.
  • Participate in business development initiatives.
Essential Duties:
  • Manage corporate transactional support and advisory services.
  • Contribute to the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of legal documents.
  • Advise clients on matters related to corporate and company law.
  • Engage in business development efforts.
  • Achieve financial objectives and maintain quality standards.
  • Adhere to firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of experience in private mergers and acquisitions.
  • Strong commercial insight and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional drafting, research, and IT capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and collaborative team player.
  • Able to meet stringent deadlines and uphold high standards.
