We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Heythrop Park Hotel in the Cotswolds.

About the Role:

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar facilities, working closely with the Head of Hospitality and other Food and Beverage Managers to drive service standards and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Food and Beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve food and beverage sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the Head of Hospitality to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
