Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team at MTrec Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for carrying out various welding and fabrication tasks to meet the demands of our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general welding and fabrication tasks, including MIG welding of mild steel products and welding and fabrication between 0.6 mm and 2.0 mm.
  • Work with a variety of machinery, including brake presses, and use hand tools to assemble components.
  • Quality inspect a range of components and maintain the company's health & safety standards at all times.
  • Follow all legal and company requirements for the use of forklifts in the Warehouse, if applicable.
Requirements
  • Must be able to work both individually for long periods of time after training, and in a team.
  • Should be time served with certifications.
  • Ideally should have served an apprenticeship, however candidates with previous experience in welding would be considered.
